This. After that one house that was surface lovely, but only in comparison to the previous car crashes, we decided the four must-haves were:

- Double glazing.
- Electric shower.
- Kitchen big enough for three people at a time.
- All appliances inside the house>.

You'd be amazed how hard it is to find all four.
